Terms
This is the agreement between us when you order. I've written it to be read rather than skipped, because a shop built for people who find the world confusing shouldn't hide the important part in a wall of capital letters.
The part that matters most
- Everything is printed to order
- Nothing sits in a box waiting. Allow a few days for making, then postage on top.
- Downloads are yours to use and keep, not to resell
- Print them as often as you like for yourself and your household. Please don't sell them on or pass the file around.
- You agree to immediate delivery of downloads
- Which means giving up the 14-day cancellation right on those files. Physical pieces keep the full 14 days.
Who you're buying from
Frog Logic is a sole trader business run by Sam Hall in England. When this page says "I" or "me", that's who it means.

That is the trading address, published because an online seller has to give one. Email reaches me far faster than post does, and it's the right way to raise anything about an order.
Placing an order
Adding something to your basket and paying is an offer to buy. The contract between us starts when I email to confirm the order, not at the moment the card clears. If I can't fulfil something — a piece turns out to be unavailable, a price was wrong, an address can't be delivered to — I'll tell you and refund you in full. That's the whole remedy in that situation, and it's the honest one.
Occasionally a listing carries a mistake. If the error is obvious and you could reasonably tell it was a mistake, I'm not bound to sell at the wrong price. I'll contact you and you can decide whether to go ahead at the right one.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. The basket shows the delivery cost before you commit to paying, so the total on the last screen is what leaves your account — there's no surcharge added afterwards.
Payment is handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
If you're ordering from outside the UK, your country may charge import duty or handling fees when the parcel arrives. Those are set by your own customs authority, they're payable by you, and I have no way to predict or collect them. The basket warns you before you pay whenever that applies.
Making and delivering
Everything physical is printed to order by partner print shops, mostly in the UK with some in the EU. Nothing is held in stock. Expect a few working days for production before anything is posted.
An order containing pieces made in different places arrives as separate parcels on separate days. That isn't a problem with your order — the basket says so before you pay, and tells you how many parcels to expect.
Delivery estimates are estimates. I'm not able to promise a date, and posted times are outside anyone's control once the parcel leaves. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Downloads are emailed within a few minutes of payment. If nothing has arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then email me.
What you can do with a download
Buying a digital piece gets you a licence to use it, not ownership of the artwork. In practice that means: print it as many times as you like, for yourself and your household, forever. Put it on your wall, in your planner, on your fridge.
What it doesn't cover: reselling the file or a print of it, giving the file away or sharing it publicly, using it in anything commercial, or making new products from the artwork. If you want to use something for a group, a school, a clinic, or a workplace, email me — the answer is usually yes and often free, I'd just like to know.
All the designs, words, and images on this site are mine, and copyright stays with me.
Cancelling and returns
This has a page of its own, because it's the thing people most need to find: returns and cancellations. In brief, you get 14 days to change your mind on physical pieces, 30 days to report anything faulty, and downloads are excluded from the cancellation right because you consent to immediate delivery at checkout.
Where you stand if something goes wrong
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full and nothing here reduces them. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose, and digital content must be too.
Beyond putting an order right, my responsibility is limited to what I could reasonably have foreseen at the time you ordered, and I'm not liable for losses that aren't a foreseeable result of something I've done wrong. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law says can't be limited — and if any part of this page turned out to be unenforceable, the rest of it still stands.
A note on what these pieces are: they're artwork using the language of neurodivergent life. They aren't medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and the Pond Guides are written from lived experience and research rather than a clinic. If you need clinical support, please go to someone qualified to give it.

Signing up means agreeing to receive it. Unsubscribing takes one click at the bottom of any issue and needs no explanation.
Changes to these terms
I may update this page. Whichever version was live when you ordered is the one that governs your order — a later edit doesn't reach backwards.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
