Frog Logic
Privacy
There are no advertising trackers on this site, no analytics watching you browse, and nothing here is sold or shared for marketing. What I hold is what I need to send you your order and, if you asked for it, the newsletter.
The short version
- What I collect
- Your email and delivery address when you order. Your email if you sign up for the newsletter. Your answers if you fill in the planner questionnaire. That's it.
- Who else sees it
- The companies that take the payment, print the thing, post it, and send the email. Each gets only the part it needs, and none of them get it for their own marketing.
- Getting it back or deleted
- Email hello@froglogic.co.uk and ask. No form, no reason needed.
Who I am
Frog Logic is a one-person business run by Sam Hall. I'm the data controller for everything described here, which in plain terms means the buck stops with me.

Email is much the faster way to reach me — the address is there because the law requires a business selling online to publish one, not because anything needs posting.
What I collect, and why
When you buy something
Your name, email address and — for physical pieces — your delivery address. I need these to take the payment, get the thing made, post it to the right house, and email you if something goes wrong. I keep a record of what you ordered and when.
I never see your card details. Payment happens on Stripe's own page, and what comes back to me is confirmation that it worked plus the last four digits, which is all I'd need to find a transaction if you queried one.
When you sign up for the newsletter
Just your email address, and only because you asked. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link and I'd honestly rather you used it than resented the emails.
When you fill in the planner questionnaire
Whatever you choose to tell me in it, because that's what the planner gets built from. Some people put quite personal things in those answers. I read them to make the planner and for no other purpose, they don't go into the newsletter list unless you tick the box, and if you'd like yours deleted once your planner arrives, just say so.
When you just look around
Nothing that identifies you. There is no Google Analytics here, no advertising pixels, no cookie banner, because there's nothing to consent to. My host keeps ordinary server logs — the sort of thing every web server writes down — and I don't use them to build any picture of you.
The site does keep your basket and your chosen delivery country in your own browser's storage so they survive a refresh. That never leaves your device and I can't see it.
Who I share it with
Only the services that actually do the work, and each one gets the minimum:
- Stripe — takes the payment. They get your card details directly; I don't.
- Printify and its print partners — get your name and delivery address so they can make your order and post it. Some of those printers are in the EU, which is why a parcel may come from there.
- Resend — sends your download links and order emails.
- Google Forms — holds the newsletter signups and the planner questionnaire answers.
- Netlify — hosts the site and writes the server logs mentioned above.
None of them are allowed to use your details for their own marketing. I don't sell, rent, or trade anyone's information, and I'm not going to start.
The only other circumstance would be if the law required it — a court order, say. It hasn't happened and I'd tell you if I were allowed to.
Where it goes
Some of these companies are based outside the UK, so your details may be handled in the EU or the United States. Where that happens it's covered by the standard legal safeguards for international transfers. The practical version: your address reaches a printer who may be in the Netherlands, because that's where the machine is.
How long I keep it
Order records stay for six years, because tax rules say they have to. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. Planner questionnaire answers I'll delete on request once your planner is delivered, and otherwise clear out periodically. Emails you send me I keep while there's any chance they're still relevant, and not indefinitely.
The legal basis, since I have to say it
Order details: necessary to perform our contract. Newsletter: your consent, withdrawable any moment. Order records kept for six years: a legal obligation. Answering your emails: legitimate interest, that interest being running a shop people can actually contact.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it if it's wrong, delete it, stop using it for something, or hand it over in a portable form. You can withdraw consent for the newsletter whenever you like.
The way to do any of that is to email hello@froglogic.co.uk and ask in whatever words come easily. There's no form and you don't have to explain why. I'll come back to you within a month, and usually a lot sooner.
If I get it wrong, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. I'd rather you told me first so I can fix it, but that route is yours and you don't need my blessing to use it.
If this page changes
The date at the top moves and the new version goes up here. If a change actually affects how your details are used, newsletter subscribers get told rather than left to notice.
