Changing your mind — physical pieces

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell me you want to cancel, and another 14 days after that to get it back to me. You don't need a reason and I won't ask for one.

Everything here is printed to order, but these are my designs from a fixed range rather than anything made to your own specification, so your legal right to cancel applies in full. Some print-on-demand shops claim otherwise. They're on shaky ground, and I'd rather just do the straightforward thing.

To cancel, email hello@froglogic.co.uk before the 14 days are up. Anything clear is fine — a sentence saying you'd like to cancel, with your order number or the email address you ordered with. If you'd rather use set wording:

I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale for the following goods: [what you ordered]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [today].

Sending it back. The item needs to come back in a condition you'd be happy to receive — you can open it and look at it the way you would in a shop, but if it's been worn, washed, or written on, I may reduce the refund to reflect that. Return postage is yours to pay, and I'd recommend a tracked service, because until it reaches me it's still your parcel.

Getting your money back. I'll refund within 14 days of the item reaching me, to the card you paid with. That includes the standard delivery you paid on the way out. If you chose a faster or more expensive delivery than my normal one, I refund the standard rate rather than the upgrade.

One honest note: when you send something back, the print shop that made it won't take it back from me. That cost stays with me. I've built the policy this way anyway, because a shop for people who find shopping hard shouldn't have a returns policy that's hard. But it's why I'd gently point you at the size guide on every tee and hoodie before you order — it takes a minute and saves us both the round trip.

If something arrives wrong

Damaged in transit, misprinted, a fault in the item itself, or plainly not what you ordered — tell me within 30 days of delivery and I'll replace it or refund it, whichever you'd prefer.

Send a photo to hello@froglogic.co.uk showing the problem. That's the whole process. Don't post it back — you'd be paying to return something that's going in the bin, and there's no need. If several pieces are affected, one photo with them all in frame is easiest.

This 30-day window matches the one my print partners give me, which is deliberate: inside it I can put things right without it costing you anything or leaving me out of pocket. Outside it I'll still want to hear from you, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 don't expire just because my window has — I'd just rather catch things early.

What isn't a fault. On direct-to-garment printing, the print can sit up to half an inch off from where the mock-up shows. That's normal for the process rather than a defect, and it's the tolerance the printers work to. Fabric texture and the exact shade of a colour can also vary a little between batches. If something looks properly wrong to you, send the photo anyway and let me judge it — I'd rather look than have you wondering.

Digital pieces arrive by email within a few minutes of paying. Because they're delivered straight away, you agree at checkout that the supply starts immediately and that you accept you're giving up the 14-day cancellation right for them. That's the trade for getting the file now rather than in a fortnight, and it's the same on every shop that sells instant downloads.

That said: if the file doesn't arrive, won't open, prints wrong, or isn't the one you paid for, that's not a cancellation, it's a problem, and I'll fix it. Email me and you'll get a working file or your money back. Check your spam folder first — download emails have a habit of landing there.

Orders that haven't shipped yet

If you email quickly enough that the print shop hasn't started, I can usually just cancel and refund the whole thing, no return needed. It's always worth asking — the worst case is that we fall back to the ordinary process above.

How to reach me

Everything on this page happens by email: hello@froglogic.co.uk. One person reads it, so it isn't instant, but it does get read. You never need to phone, and you'll never be asked to justify yourself.

None of this affects your statutory rights. If you'd like to check them independently, Citizens Advice covers online shopping rights in plain English, and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are the law behind this page.
